Skill 1 :-
LOCOMOTION which contains activities like running, jumping, jump for height skipping etc.
Skill 2 :-
BALL CONTROL is the ability to manipulate a ball in such a way that the participant can do with I whatever he/she wants. The athlete who can control a ball well, having a strong influence on the ebb and flow of the game. It includes the activities continuous bounce using one hand, dribbling with the feet, dribbling and changing direction (foot) etc.
Skill 3 :-
THROWING is the ability to propel on object through the air by hand. Throwing an object well includes being able to throw for accuracy, distance and height, with spin and appropriate speed. It includes rolling underarm, underarm throw over arm throw, chest pass two hands etc.
Skill 4 :-
TRAPPING/TRACKING are the skill an athlete uses to watch and follow the flight path of a ball with the eyes and then gain control of the ball quickly and efficiently with a body part, usually the hands or the feet. It include activities catching a ball etc.
Skill 5 :-
KICKING is propelling a ball through the air or along the ground with the foot. Kicking is a delivery skill of importance which , like throwing, should be executed accurately, with appropriate speed, distance, height and spin. It includes the activities Large ball at a target, punt kick large ball, kick passing etc.
Skill 6 :-
STRIKING means to cause a ball to move through the air or along the ground struck by a part of the body or an implement. It includes the activities Forehand from tee(bat), Two hand(bat) etc.

Activities leading to dance
Dance makes an invaluable contribution to the personal development of children and positively encourages growth of self-confidence and self-esteem. Social development is enhanced when children work together. They learn to understand the strengths and weaknesses of others and encourage development of cooperation, adaptability and vital interpersonal skills.
